Harley Paugh, Owner, was born and raised on the Montana high-line and graduated from Chinook High School. Harley decided to stay in his home state by attending Montana Tech in Butte, Montana studying General Engineering with an emphasis in Civil. While at Montana Tech, Harley played football for the Orediggers, was active in campus groups and met his future wife at the University of Montana.
After college, Harley left Montana to pursue a construction engineering career with Granite Construction in Watsonville, California. During his 15 years at Granite, Harley worked in 3 states (North Carolina, Utah, and California) on a wide range of heavy highway projects totaling over $750 million. Harley worked on bid build, design-build and CMGC projects featuring highway reconstructions, bridges, rail, earthwork, demolition, drainage, concrete, asphalt, grading, and traffic management systems. The signature project he worked on was the Carmel River Reroute and San Clemente Dam Removal Project. This project was significant because Harley spent over a year as the pre-construction manager working with a dedicated team to develop the bid. Since leaving Granite Construction, Harley became an entrepreneur creating LINC Professional, LLC. Harley has vast experience and knowledge in project scheduling, quantity take off, construction estimating, project controls and digital photography.
