Staying ahead of moving trends on a construction project is challenging and demands expertise in identifying changes to the Critical Path. LINC Professional, LLC provides development, maintenance and analysis of all aspects of project scheduling. Being proactive in spotting changes during schedule reviews and analyzing project schedule submittals allows Clients to make adjustments before problems impact the Critical Path. LINC Professional, LLC specializes in using the most current scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 Professional and Microsoft Project, to tackle the most complex projects.
Keeping the Client Informed. As with every project, LINC Professional, LLC will maintain a continuous project schedule, such that the final project schedule will serve as the as-built. Meeting with the contractor on a regular basis, incorporating schedule changes, maintaining updated schedules, and resolving schedule issues will provide timely and accurate information to it’s Clients.
A schedule review report will be generated after each monthly meeting and forwarded to the Client. This report will allow the Client to see the status of the project, including any potential impacts and proposed solutions to the impacts. Furthermore, a Time Impact Analysis (TIA) will be generated and forwarded to the Client for every change to the baseline prior to scheduling contractor negotiations.
Close Coordination. Due to the complexities of a project, LINC Professional, LLC will diligently analyze the project schedule to ensure proper sequencing of activities. Close coordination will be required of the Client to ensure the details, activities and logic are a direct reflection of the plans and specifications, as well as, how the project will be constructed in the field.
